End of Year Reports
The annual End of Year Report (EOY) is completed by all school districts to document every educational expenditure, revenue from local sources, state aid, federal grants, revolving and special funds, and expenditures from all other sources of revenue. The EOY Report is comprehensive. EOY Reports are used by the DESE to compute Per Pupil Expenditures analysis. The tab titled "Schedule 3" of the EOY report show all "instructional" expenditures by school (excluding Central Administration expenses). Use the drop down function in the upper left hand corner on the worksheet to access accounting for each individual school. "Districtwide" indicates special education. The "Reports" tab provides charts that establish comparisons to prior years.
